APRIL 2010
In my January newsletter, I shared with you how I like to sit down at the start of every new year and plan out my personal goals and wishes for my year ahead. I find this ritual keeps me on track for creating my happiest, most fulfilling life.
As part of that process, I regularly review how my wheel is ‘turning’ at the end of every 3 months, noticing where my energy is flowing more easily and where it is not! I always find it interesting to look at the areas where I am out of balance and to see the impact they have on other segments - they are always integrated in some way.
